1) Remove the fuel injector from the engine;2) Connect the carburetor cleaner tank and the fuel injector with a special connector;3) Inject the carburetor cleaner into the fuel injector, and check the leakage of the fuel injector when it is not powered on;4) Energize the solenoid coil of the fuel injector intermittently, let the carburetor cleaner clean the fuel injector, and observe its spray atomization at the same time.
5.How to test fuel injectors?
Detect the dripping of fuel injector. Select the connector of the test instrument according to the model of the fuel injector and connect it well, then check the sealing O-ring group (replace it if it is found to be damaged), install the fuel injector on the test frame, press the oil pump key, adjust the pressure to the factory specified pressure of the tested vehicle (preferably 10% higher), and observe whether the fuel injector drips oil. If the leakage in 1min is greater than one drop (or according to the technical standard), replace the fuel injector.
